Once a site is secured, we build the planning case methodically. We manage the application process directly, working with consultants and the local authority until consent is achieved.

Construction delivered under our direction

With consent in place, we proceed to build. Direct delivery is the core of the business — we contract and oversee construction, producing high quality communities that people will be proud to call home.
